Image
Being an English Major student means he/she can take the path of teaching later on after graduation. After learning the concepts and acquiring the necessary knowledge, the next stage is attempting to apply it in real life scenarios. As of writing this blog, I am done with Field Study in which it is needed to do classroom observations and become exposed on what is happening on the teaching field.                     The teaching field can be illustrated as a jungle filled with wild animals because a teacher will encounter students and their parents as well. There will be things that will be covered here.           Noam Chomsky (refer to the image on the left) is the proponent of the theory where a person will adopt his/her first language via a system of principles that children are born with which is called as the Language Acquisition Device (LAD). A person will adopt their first langua...
